We will only send properly trained staff to jobs with the correct and safe tools and equipment to complete the work.

All vehicles carry currant & up to date Fire Extinguishers and First aid Kits.

These safe working attributes along with our complete sets of personal protection equipment (PPE) give us a step up from the rest of the property maintenance companies around.

We know how to approach most High Risk Work and are well versed at Working at heights and Traffic Management. We also have extensive resources of knowledge of the most up to date safety requirements both nationally and internationally.

We also offer an Appliance Safety Test and Tag Service to all of our customers. We have the necessary equipment to come to your premises, or feel free to use our drop off point at Fenns Heat Pump Centre on Gladstone road.
